Staff Rules

Developers Developers are responsible for server management, plugin updates, and other development tasks. They do not play on the server.

Admins Admins have the ability to play and manage nations, but they cannot join a single nation. They have the authority to make ban decisions and perform rollbacks as necessary. Admins cannot participate in decisions regarding tickets involving their own nation's involvement. They can only provide input through tickets when requested by staff.

Moderators Moderators can manage nations but cannot join a single nation. They handle tickets as needed and seek support from admins. Moderators cannot process tickets involving their own nation's involvement.

Helpers Helpers can belong to the same nation as other staff members but ensure that a large "staff nation" is not formed. They assist with ticket support and may seek support from moderators or admins as needed.
