Theft and Destruction
3.1 If it is determined that a town staff member (mayor, deputy mayor, assistant, etc.) or any trusted individual has vandalized or stolen from a resident's plot, they will be subject to punishment. The mayor cannot expel residents from the town solely for the purpose of stealing their possessions. However, this does not apply if a resident has not logged in for more than a week or if they have engaged in rule-breaking behavior. Acts of destruction or theft in unoccupied plots within the town will not be subject to rollback. The town owner (mayor) is responsible for ensuring that their set permissions are appropriate and that roles are only given to trustworthy players.
3.2 Destruction within 2 chunks of the town is prohibited. However, in the case of war, only destruction that does not significantly damage the landscape is permitted.
3.3 Transportation infrastructure built in the wilderness cannot be destroyed. However, infrastructure within 10 chunks of a town that you own may be destroyed (permission from the mayor is required).
